OFFICIAL RULES 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 3, 2025 

1. Void where prohibited by law. 

2. Eligibility: 
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and U.S. residents to enter. 
You do not have to be an active member of MBCA to purchase tickets. 

3. How to Purchase Tickets: 
Tickets may be purchased in one of two ways:

5. Purchase Deadline: 
All ticket requests (including checks) received after the official close of the raffle will not be included in the drawing. 
All tickets must be purchased by October 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. MST. 
No exceptions will be granted. Ticket orders and checks received after this date will be returned to the sender. 
All ticket sales are final at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued. 

6. Odds of Winning: 
Odds are determined by the total number of tickets sold. 

7. Prize Values and Costs: 
Prizes will be awarded based on MSRP as of October 1, 2025. 
Any price increase prior to delivery could be the responsibility of the winner. 
All taxes, license fees, options, destination and dealer preparation fees, and other related charges are the responsibility of the winner. 

8. Availability and Substitution: 
Prizes are subject to availability. Unless prohibited by law, MBCA reserves the right to substitute a cash prize and/or Mercedes-Benz model of equal value. Federal taxes will be withheld as required. If a prize does not include a cash allotment for payment of federal taxes, a certified check made payable to MBCA for the required withholdings must be received prior to the transfer of title. 

9. Ineligible Participants: 
Members of the MBCA Board of Directors, paid employees, contractors, and consultants of MBCA, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate in the raffle. 

10. Winner Notification: 
Winners will be notified in person, via email, or by certified mail. 
The winner’s name will also be announced on www.mbca.org. 

11. Claiming Prizes: 
Prize winners must complete and return all required forms to the NBO within 45 days of notification. 

12. Agreement to Rules: 
By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. 

13. Sponsorship and Licensing: 
The raffle is sponsored by the Mercedes-Benz Club of America, Peachtree Chapter. 
Ticket requests are subject to acceptance.
